BodhVia plans private, founder-led journeys through Nepal and the Himalaya — the routes, the lodges, the pace — so you can travel slowly, see clearly, and return home changed.

Private, founder-led journeys through Nepal and the Himalaya. Limited departures each season.

IThe Philosophy

Most travel is anescape from life.BodhVia is anencounter with it.

We believe that stillness creates clarity — and that walking the Himalaya, slowly and with intention, is the surest way to meet yourself again.

Lighting a single lamp.

IIIThe BodhVia Method

A five-pillar framework,so the shift outlasts the trip.

Five simple practices, so what you find in the Himalaya stays with you long after you fly home.

A traveler resting against a carved wooden pillar in a Patan courtyard — the practice of arrival.
Two figures walking a stone Himalayan trail, mist clinging to the pines.
An open journal, a porcelain teacup and a single birch candle on a slow afternoon table — the practice of reflection.
Three Buddhist monks reading scriptures with prayer beads inside a candlelit monastery hall.
First light over the Himalayan range — quiet, still, the journey home.
  1. 01

    Pause

The journey begins by setting down what you carried in. Phones go into a cedar box. You light the first lamp by your own hand, and take your first slow breath in a quiet courtyard in Patan.

  2. 02

    Explore

You walk Nepal's trails with NMA-registered guides who have known these routes for years. Slow miles, not summit miles. Tea-house mornings, easy ridge-walks, and time to actually look around.

  3. 03

    Reflect

A few quiet minutes of journaling each evening — for you, not for show. One page before bed. No one reads it. The only reader is the version of you who opens the journal tomorrow.

  4. 04

    Transform

Simple, guided sessions in breath and meditation that pair Himalayan practice with plain, practical insight. Pranayama at sunrise. A short compassion practice in the candlelit hall after supper.

  5. 05

    Integrate

The journey doesn't end at the airport. For 90 days afterward we stay in touch — monthly calls to help you keep the practice going, and a handwritten note mailed to your home each season.

IVConscious Impact & Sustainability

Travel with intention.

At BodhVia, we advocate for Regenerative Tourism. We do more than tread lightly — we put money and care back into the communities and landscapes that host us.

01

Local Partnerships

Our entire supply chain is local — family-run lodges, mountain communities, and Nepali artisans. No global hotel chains, ever.

02

Eco-Luxury

We stay only with boutique lodges that share our standards — plastic-free operations and renewable energy wherever the mountains allow.

03

Preserving Heritage

A meaningful share of every journey goes toward restoring and protecting Nepal's ancient temples and spiritual sites.
